The Town of Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County governments are in the process of developing a Housing Action Plan as required by the state of Colorado. The working group’s first meeting will be held on January 22, 2026 at 5pm at Town Hall, in Council Chambers.
The Town of Pagosa Springs previously adopted a housing plan in 2019, “Road Map to Affordable Housing 2019-2025”. This 56-page report, created by Pagosa Housing Partners following a community-wide survey of employers and employees, suggested several approaches that have been tried in Colorado for addressing specifically the workforce housing crisis.
